Securonix’s platform will complement the detection stage of HANDD’s Protect, Detect and Respond cycle to combat the growing threat of security incidents happening inside organizations. As it stands, insider threats currently account for approximately 50% of all data breaches. Early detection of these threats is key.

Securonix helps businesses protect their data by using User & Entity Behavior Analytics (UEBA) with machine learning capabilities that analyze and monitor patterns of behavior for indications of threats, often predicting threats before they even happen.

The Securonix platforms use UEBA to build up a profile by pulling together data such as access activity, peer group analysis, behavior analytics and more to identify specific patterns of potentially threatening behavior, providing early warnings of possible data theft, cyber-attacks or fraud.
