A Global Bank wanted to raise user awareness of file sensitivity and be able to audit activity on sensitive data.

We deployed a new technology to give our client the capability they required. We also ran a series of internal events to raise user-awareness and collate feedback on the solution.

HANDD deployed a Data Governance solution into a Global Media Brand. The solution scanned network fileshares for content. The Administration dashboard enabled our client to see who was accessing data the most (Data Ownership), who could access it (Access and Permission Management) and to be able to remediate and secure permissions.

A Government charity organisation wanted to classify their data and understand where that classified data was stored and who had access to it.

HANDD deployed Data Classification and Data Governance to work in tandem. By classifying their data the organisation was able to apply sensitivity whilst a Data Governance solution meant that using metadata tags they could see who was accessing sensitive content and where it was stored.

A Government Charity

The Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) is a new European Union regulation, applicable for the Finance and Insurance Industries of EU nations. It is a set of standards and rules around ICT Risk Management. These sectors must comply with DORA to safeguard against crisis jeopardising financial markets across the EU. The legislation does not directly apply to the UK, however, if a UKbased company is engaged with, or seeks to engage with an EU-based company, then it’s very likely that you will need to comply with DORA. The deadline for compliance is January 2025.
